Better fit:

Tremec has retained the best features of the TKO while optimizing the housing. They switched from the old top-load design to an end-load design – similar to the extremely robust Magnum. As a result, the TKX is significantly stronger and more compact.

Improved performance:

The new design enables smooth gear changes at high speeds (up to 7,500 rpm) thanks to multiple conical synchronous rings and hybrid synchronous rings, with a load capacity of up to 600 lb-ft of torque .

• Reinforced, ribbed aluminum housing in 3 parts for stability and strength

• Extra-wide gears made of ASTM 4615 steel for maximum durability
