Shipping and Payment Terms
1. Shipping
Orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Poland.
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment has been received.
We ship our parcels with DHL or DPD. The shipping provider is selected during the checkout process.
Delivery within Germany generally takes 2–5 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking link.
2. Freight Shipping
Larger items (such as fenders or hoods) are shipped by freight carrier.
Delivery usually takes 4–12 business days.
The freight carrier will contact you by telephone before delivery to arrange a suitable delivery date.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the checkout process.
4. Payment Methods
4.1 Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
If you choose Bank Transfer as your payment method, please transfer the invoice amount to the following account:

4.2 PayPal
Payments are processed through:
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.
A PayPal account is required for this payment method. Your account will be charged immediately after completing your order.
4.3 Credit Card
Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are processed through PayPal.
During checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment page. You can also pay without a PayPal account.
Your credit card details are not stored by us.
4.4 Google Pay
Payments via Google Pay are processed through PayPal.
You can pay using the payment methods stored in your Google account. The payment transaction is handled by PayPal.
4.5 SOFORT Bank Transfer
Payments via SOFORT Bank Transfer are processed through PayPal.
During checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment page. You can also pay without a PayPal account.
