Brake booster as a replacement for the original Bendix brake booster on Mustang 1967 to 1969
Attention: For a conversion from manual brakes to power brakes, you must also change the brake pedal!The brake pedal is mounted higher up, see illustration.In addition, to attach the brake booster, the hole in the firewall and the drillings usually need to be slightly enlarged, see gray area in the illustration.
Suitable for drum brakes and disc brakes
Please compare the original operating rod with the operating rod on the brake booster. The eye of the new rod may be 1-2mm thicker and may need to be filed down so that the brake light switch fits
