General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of stang-parts.de

1. General information and scope

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online shop at the internet address www.stang-parts.de (hereinafter referred to as "Shop") and the contractual relationships between the seller and consumers within the meaning of applicable law (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").

1.3. Contact the seller:

1.4. The online shop is aimed at private individuals and companies with full legal capacity.
Registration may be required to use certain features.
The customer agrees not to post any illegal content in the shop.
The use of the shop can be terminated at any time by the customer sending a corresponding declaration to the seller.

1.5. To use the shop, an internet-enabled device with an up-to-date browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) and a valid email address are required.

2. Ordering and conclusion of contract

2.1. All products offered in the shop are new and free from defects.

2.2. Product descriptions, prices and essential characteristics of the goods are specified in the respective product information.

2.3. Orders can be placed via the online shop. After submitting the order, the customer automatically receives an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract .

2.4. The purchase agreement only comes into effect when the seller expressly confirms the order or dispatches the goods.

2.5. The following payment options are available:

c) Credit card payment (via PayPal or the respective payment service provider)

2.6. When placing an order, the customer selects the desired shipping method. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during the ordering process.

2.7. The customer receives a proper invoice with VAT shown for every order.

3. Delivery and order processing

3.1. Processing begins immediately after receipt of payment or – in the case of cash on delivery or collection – after receipt of the order.

3.2. The usual processing time is 1 working day . For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, processing may take up to 2 working days .

3.3. The delivery time after dispatch depends on the chosen shipping method and the delivery service.

3.4. If an ordered product is temporarily unavailable, the seller will inform the customer immediately. The customer can then decide whether to wait for delivery, request a partial delivery, or withdraw from the contract.

3.5. If the customer selects the "Self-collection" option, they will be notified as soon as the goods are ready for collection.
