Insulating bushing gearshift lever manual transmission 70-73

Material: Blue plastic

Dimensions: 3/8" (approx. 9.5mm) inner diameter × 3/8" (approx. 9.5mm) length

Installation instructions: These bushings can be difficult to install. We recommend soaking them in hot water before installation to soften them.

The assembly requires suitable tools , but can be carried out using a socket as a holder and a C-clamp to apply even pressure – similar to the assembly of ball joints or U-joints.

Alignment and even pressure are crucial for correct installation.

Even after softening in hot water, assembly can be difficult.

• 1 bushing required between shift rod and reverse lever on the gearbox
