General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs via the online shop www.stang-parts.de.
1.2. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.
1.3. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order without obligation.
3.2. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
3.3. The contract is only concluded when the seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1. All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax.
4.2. Additional shipping costs will be indicated separately during the order process.
4.3. The following payment methods are available:
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.)
- Credit card (processed via PayPal)
- Google Pay (processed via PayPal)
4.4. If the payment method advance payment is selected, the invoice amount is to be transferred in advance.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1. Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
5.2. The processing time is usually 1 business day after receipt of payment.
5.3. The delivery time depends on the respective shipping service provider and the chosen shipping method.
5.4. If a product ordered is not available, the customer will be informed immediately.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is made.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.
8. Special Notes on Auto Parts
8.1. The offered products are partially vehicle-specific. It is the customer's responsibility to check compatibility with their vehicle before purchase.
8.2. Product descriptions, technical specifications, and usage instructions are provided to the best of our knowledge but do not constitute a guaranteed property.
8.3. The installation of vehicle parts should generally be carried out by qualified professionals.
8.4. The seller assumes no liability for damages caused by improper installation, faulty assembly, or unsuitable use.
8.5. Parts not approved for public road traffic (e.g., motorsport parts) may only be used in the intended area of application. The customer is responsible for complying with applicable legal regulations.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
10. Liability
10.1. The seller is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
10.2. For other damages, the seller is only liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
10.3. In the case of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. The law of the Republic of Poland applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
11.2. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which they have their habitual residence.
11.3. If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the seller's place of business.
